as an awkward white kid growing up in a lower socio-economic area, the Beastie Boys were the shit to me. i once spent a whole summer doing nothing but listening to Anthology: The Sounds of Science and playing Tekken 3. i was 13/14 and it's still one of my best summers yet. thanks for the memories.
